Delivery
Available destinations, delivery pricing and estimated timing are shown during secure checkout. Tracking is provided when your garment leaves our care.
Returns
Unworn pieces with original tags may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact client care before sending a return so we can provide the correct instructions.
Exchanges
Size exchanges depend on availability. If the preferred size is unavailable, we will arrange a refund or discuss an appropriate alternative.
Repairs
Repairs under The Years Promise are handled separately from returns. Contact client care with photographs and the garment details for an assessment.
